Your SoulCybin subscription is designed to be flexible, supportive, and aligned with your evolving needs — whether you're adjusting your routine, exploring a new blend, or updating your payment or shipping details.
You have full control over your subscription at any time through the "Subscriptions" area in your SoulCybin member account page. There, you'll find options for:
Pausing, Canceling, or Delaying a Subscription
- Pause: Temporarily stop your subscription without canceling it. Use this if you want to take a break but plan to resume soon (or anytime in the future).
- Cancel: End your subscription completely. You’re always welcome to start again later if you feel called to return.
- Delay: Shift your next donation date forward. Helpful if you’re running behind or want to space things out differently.
If you have multiple subscriptions, each one can be managed independently.

Changing the Items in Your Subscription
You can add or change the items in your subscription(s).
Now it's easier than ever to try a different blend or adjust your order as your journey evolves.
Updating Your Payment Method
You can now update or change your payment card directly from your account — no need to cancel or reach out.
This ensures your future donations process smoothly.
Updating Your Shipping Address
You're welcome to change your shipping address at any time — even month to month.
Just make sure to update it before your next billing cycle, so the change applies to your upcoming shipment.
Managing Multiple Subscriptions
If you have more than one active subscription, each can be managed separately:
- Pause or cancel only the one you wish to change
- Update items, payment methods, or addresses individually for each subscription
This gives you complete control over your microdosing journey.
