Shipping Timelines
Processing Time
- Most donation benefits ship within 24–48 hours of receiving your payment (Monday–Friday).
Delivery Time
- Transit time is generally 3–5 business days after processing, though it may take longer in some cases due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen factors.
Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship with UPS, but occasionally use USPS depending on your location or package specifics.
💡 If you have a preferred carrier, you can leave a note in the checkout comments and we’ll do our best to honor your request.
Shipping Fees

Flat rate of $11 per shipment, except for donations above $200 or subscriptions (in these cases, the shipping is free).

If a return is required, a $11 return label fee will be deducted from your refund.
Do You Offer Expedited Shipping?
Our team is small; we hand-bottle and hand-pack everything ourselves. For this reason, at this time, we do not offer expedited shipping. All donations are sent via standard tracked delivery, which usually arrives within 3–5 business days after processing.
Where Do You Ship?
We ship exclusively within the United States, offering discreet shipping to all 50 States.
Whether you live in a state where psilocybin is decriminalized or illegal, you can still receive our offerings as part of our Private Membership Association.
We do not ship to US territories outside of the 50 States, and we do not ship to any other country outside the United States.
Stuck or Delayed Packages
If your package is marked as "stuck," "delayed," or shows an "unknown" status for more than 10 business days since the shipment date, we’ll gladly reship it at no cost to you.

Refund Eligibility Criteria:
- First Donation Only: Refunds are available only on your first donation unless there’s an error on our part.
- Trial Period: You must try the offering for at least 2 weeks.
- Timeline: Requests must be submitted within 30 days of shipment.
- Cancel Before Shipping: If you change your mind before we ship, we’ll issue a full refund.
- Medication Interactions: Refunds will not be granted for adverse reactions from combining psilocybin with medications.

Special Offering Policies
Ceremonial Chocolates
- Due to unsealed packaging, returns/refunds are not available.

Refund & Return Process
We aim to keep things simple and fair:
- Verification: We may ask for photos or context to understand your request.
- Return: For multi-bottle donations, unopened items may need to be returned.
- Processing Time:Refunds are issued 2-3 weeks after we receive the returned items.

Subscription Oversights: We understand life can get busy. However, if a member forgets to pause, cancel, or modify their subscription and wants to return the package after it has already shipped, we are unable to offer a refund in these cases.
We encourage members to manage their subscription settings via My Account, then Subscriptions, to avoid unintended shipments.
What Counts as an "Error on Our Part"
- Wrong item shipped
- Missing items in your package
- Damaged or defective items
