While You Wait for Support
If youโve called and are waiting to be connected โ or if you want to try grounding yourself before reaching out โ here are a few practices that may help:
1. Breathe Slowly and Deeply
Inhale through your nose for a count of 4
Hold gently for a count of 2
Exhale through your mouth for a count of 6
Repeat for at least 5 cycles
2. Ground in Your Body
Place your hand on your heart or over your belly
Feel the rise and fall of your breath
Notice the support of the ground, chair, or bed beneath you
3. Anchor in Your Environment
Look around and name 5 things you see
Name 4 things you can touch
Name 3 things you hear
Name 2 things you can smell
Name 1 thing you can taste
4. Speak a Calming Mantra
Softly repeat to yourself:
โI am safe. I trust my body. This experience will pass.โ
Important to Remember
Challenging experiences are temporary.
What feels overwhelming now will soften with time.
You are not alone โ support is here.
For ongoing integration, reflection, or compassionate guidance after your experience, you may also consider booking a Consultation or Integration Call.
