Processing Time
We work hard to ensure that orders are typically processed and shipped within 24–48 business hours after donation is received (Monday through Friday). Please note that shipping transit times begin once your order has been shipped, not when it is placed.
Delivery Time
Once your order has been processed, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.
Shipping times may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Once your package ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and tracking link.
Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship through UPS, though we may occasionally use USPS depending on your location or the specifics of your shipment.
Shipping methods:
1. UPS® Ground
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days
Our standard shipping option for most orders. UPS Ground offers reliable tracking and dependable delivery throughout the continental United States at our most economical rate.
2. USPS Priority Mail
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days
A faster shipping service provided by the United States Postal Service. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
3. Expedited Shipping
Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days (after your tracking number is provided)
Our fastest available shipping option. Once your order has been processed and shipped, expedited service prioritizes faster transit through the carrier's network. Please note that expedited shipping speeds up delivery time only and does not reduce our standard processing time before shipment.
4. Free shipping: Donations of $200 or more
Once your order has been processed, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.
Where Do We Ship?
We currently ship only within the United States, including all 50 states.
As a Private Membership Association, we provide discreet shipping regardless of whether psilocybin has been decriminalized in your state.
At this time, we do not ship to:
- U.S. territories
International destinations
Delayed or Stuck Packages
If your tracking shows your package as "Delayed," "Stuck," or "Unknown" for more than 10 business days after shipment, simply contact support@soulcybin.org with your order number and tracking information. Our Support Team will be happy to investigate the issue and help find the best solution for you.
